Congress Location: |
| All Congress Activities including the trade
exhibition will take place at the Sheraton Heliopolis Hotel and Towers located in
Heliopolis west of Cairo. Heliopolis is a suburb of tree-lined avenues and a most welcome
feeling of space and tranquility, an ideal retreat from the bustling city center of Cairo.
Home to Egypt’s Diplomatic and Presidential offices and one of Cairo’s prime
residential areas.
The Hotel is within easy access to Central Cairo and it provides comprehensive
services such as Shopping mall, Parking, Children’s playground, business center; and
a number of recreation facilities. |
Arriving there: |
The
Sheraton Heliopolis Hotel and Towers are located close to Cairo International Airport
where free airport shuttle service is provided for delegates from the Airport to the
Congress Hotel.
Almost all international airlines fly directly to Cairo
International Airport. You can also reach Cairo by driving from surrounding Middle
Eastern/North African Countries. Ferry services are provided to a number of Egyptian ports
from Southern Europe and from Middle East. |
Accommodation: |
| Rooms have been
reserved at the Congress venue “Sheraton Heliopolis Hotel” and delegates are
strongly advised to take advantage of the accommodation reservation offered by the
organizing committee. Please use the registration form and specify hotel reservation as
well as arrival and departure dates. Full payment of accommodation should reach the
Congress secretariat, not later than January 1, 2000. |
Language: |
| The official
languages of the Congress will be Arabic and English and translation facilities will be
available. |

| The organizers can
not be held responsible for any claim concerning liability, personal damage, lost, theft,
illness, nonappearance of speakers, etc. We strongly recommend participants and exhibitors
to cover these risks by a their respective insurance, the program is subject to change
