Manuscripts are accepted for publication with the stipulation that they are original, written in English, and have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

Format: submit original and two copies. These are typed with double spacing and liberal margins, on one side of 22 by 28 cm. White paper, not exceed 20 pages.

Manuscript organization: The following organization is recommended:

1. Title page: The title page should title the article, full name(s) of the author(s), academic degrees and positions.
2. Abstract: Provide an abstract of 250 words or less. Briefly state the problem or purpose, the major observations, the methods and the principal conclusions.
3. Introduction: State the study's objective and omit extensive review of the literature, which is normally found in a thesis.
4. Materiel and methods: Describe the experimental design procedures and subjects used. Give the details only if the methods are original or essential for understanding, otherwise, give references.
5. Results: Use tables, charts, and photographs to clarify the findings.
6. Discussion: Point out the significance of the data and the limitations. Discuss your findings in the light of other reports, including opposing views.
7. References: Cite references selectively. References to articles must include author's name, title of article, name of the journal, volume, pages and year.
8. Legends to illustrations: All figures must be mentioned in the text. Each figure must be accompanied by a legend. Glossary prints of illustrations should be included with the manuscript. Original drawing and graphs should be of professional quality.
9. Tables: Tables should be self - explanatory. Provide a brief title for each.
